CoMISo - Constrained Mixed-Integer Solver

A handy solver for optimizing discrete quadratic energies subject to linear and integer constraints, performing proper elimination of the constraints, while relieving the user of cumbersome re-indexing.

The solver has been successfully deployed in high-end geometry processing tasks such as the Mixed-Integer Quadrangulation project.

IsoEx - Feature Sensitive Surface Extraction

The IsoEx package provides some simple classes and algorithm for isosurface extraction. Its main purpose is to provide a sample implementation of the Extended Marching Cubes algorithm:

Kobbelt, Botsch, Schwanecke, Seidel, Feature Sensitive Surface Extraction from Volume Data, Siggraph 2001.

[2002/09]   Initial version released.
[2004/07]   Fixed to compile with current OpenMesh 1.0.

The compile tool acgmake (version 1.4)

The small tool acgmake is used to compile C++ software projects distributed over several directory trees. You will need it if you want to compile OpenMesh or IsoEx on a Unix system (Linux, Irix, Cygwin, MacOSX).

[2004/10/20]   Version 1.2 released.
[2003/03/25]   Version 1.1.4 released.
[2003/01/13]   Version 1.1.3 released.
[2002/29/11]   Version 1.1.1 released. This version works on SuSE8.1 and make 3.80.
